As the charitvs trustees you are responsble ftKthe preparation of the accounts in ￿(￿dan￿ with the
Charities Act (Northern Ireland} 2(Kl8.
It is my responsibility to:
Examlne the accounts under sectTh 65 of the Charit￿5 Act: follow the procedures laid down in the general
Directions 8iven by the Commission under section 65(9)(b} of the Charities Art. and state whether particular
matters have come to my attention.

I have examined your charity accounts as specffied and required under the aforementioned Directions
determined by the Charity Commission.
My examination Induded a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the
accounts presented with records. ft also included cons#deration of any unusual item5 or di5dosures in
the accounts, and seeking explanatthis from you as tharity trustees crncerning any such mattets.
My role is to state whether any matriial matters have come to my attention givin8 me cause to
believe:
l. That accounting records We￿ not kept in accordance wlth sectw)n 63 of the Charities Act
2. That the accounts do not accord with those accountin8 records
3. That the accounts do not comply wlth the accounting requirements of the Charities Act
4. That there is further infornutK)n needed for a propef understsnding of the accounts to be reached.
