I have examiDed your charity accounts for the peri￿1 l April 2022 to 31 March 20123
as required under section 65 of the Charities Act and my examIz￿ti0n was carried out
in a￿rdanL% with the general Directions given by the Charity Commission for
Northern Ireland under sectkon 65(9) Ib) of the Charities ACL
My examination included a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and
omparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also included
consideration of any unusual items or discl05ures in the accounts and seeking
explanations from the charity trustees concerning any such matters.
My role is to state whether any material nthtters hav¢ come to my attention giving me
cause to believe:
l. That accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 63 of the
Charities ACL
2. That the accounts do not aLXX)rd with those accounting records.
3. That the accounts do not Comply with the aC￿untIng requirements of the Charities
Act.
4. That there is further information ne&led for a prow understanding of the accounts
to be T￿h¢d.
I have completed my eXamin￿on and have no conctrns in w of the matters (l)
to (4) listed above and in connection with the directions of the Charity Commission
for Northern Ireland I have not found any matters that require drawing to your
