The Ceiitre remains a vital hub of the community. A strong commitiiient from our Board, stalf and voluiiteers

Reseryes policy
The charities policy is to retain a level of frec reserves, wliicli matches the needs of tlie oigaDisatioii botli at
th8 cui'rent tiin¢ and in the foreseeable filtu￿. It is the policy of the charity to maintain frce reserves in
uiirestriGted funds at a level equivalent to six month's expenditure. Tlie Directors coiisider tliat reserves
should be the equivaleiit of six month's persoiinel and overhead costs, calculated ai)d review¢d aniiually.
Rcserves at tliis level will ensure tliat, in the eveiit of a significaiit drop in fundiiig, they will be able to
conliniie tlie charity's curi'eiit activities while consideration is given to ways in which additional funds may
be i'aised. This level of I'eserves has beeii maintained throughout the year. The cliftl'ity has doveloped a plan
to establisli and maintain this agreed level of free reserves.
The charity will contiiiue to monitor compliance with this policy on a regular basls and the Board will
review the appropriateiiess of tlie policy annually.
