Minutes
The Treasurer’s Report was adopted on the proposal of Eamon Wylie seconded by Catherine O’Neill.
The Gala made a profit of £160.
Ticket prices – no change.
On the proposal of John Glendinning, seconded by Brian Morgan, Gerard Hall was elected chairman.
On the proposal of Gerard Hall, seconded by John Glendinning, Pat Smith was elected Vice Chairman.
On the proposal of Brian Morgan seconded by Eamon Wylie, Catherine O’Neill was elected treasurer.
On the proposal of Brian Morgan seconded by Catherine O’Neill, Eamon Wylie, was elected - treasurer.
On the proposal of Gerard Hall seconded by Catherine O’Neill, John Glendinning was elected secretary.

The Committee was re-elected.
Next year’s pantomime will be announced shortly. Brian Morgan will contact the Burnavon Theatre.
The first show will be on Sat Jan 4 th 2020 as a matinee. 11 shows in total.
A letter of retirement was received from the treasurer, James Glendinning, was read and
accepted by the committee.
