As the charity'5 trLlStees you are responsible for the prepai'alion of ihe accouiits in accordance
with the Charities Act (Northem Ireland) 2008.
It is my iysponsibility to:
Examine the accounts under Section 65 of the Chariti¢s Act
Follow the procediires laid down in the general Dircctions given by the Charity
Commission for Northern Ireland under Section 65(9)(b) of th¢ Charities Act
State whether particular matters have come to my atlention.
Basis of Independent Examiner's Report
I have exainined yOLir charity accounts as required under Section 65 of the Charities Act and
my examinalioii was can'ied out in accordance with the general Directions given by the
Chai'ity Commission for Noi'lhem Ireland under Section 65(9) (b) of Ihe Charities Act.
My examination included a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a
comparison of the accounts present with iliose recoi'ds. It also included consideralion of any
Lill115ual items of disclosures in the accounts and seeking explanalions from you as chai'ity
tl'LlStees concerning any such matters.
My i'ole is to state whether any material matters have Come to my attention giving me Cause to
believe:
l. That accounling records were not kept in accordanee with Section 63 of ihe Cliai'ities
Act.
2. That th¢ accounts do not a¢¢ord with those accounting records.
3. That the accounts do not comply with the accounting Irquirements of the Chai'ities
Act.
4. That there is further informalion needed for a proper understanding of the accounts to
be reached.
Independent ExamAn¢r's Statement
I have completed my examination and have no concerns in respect of the matters 14 listed
above and, in connection with the Directions of tlie Charity Commission for Northern Treland,
I have found no matters that Fequire drnwing to your attention.
