The Education Authoi'ity continues to suppoit the organisation by funding staffand pi'ogramines listed below: Rugi"ats Junioi. Youth Club, Ravel's Senioi. Youth Club, Football Pi"ogi"amine,Detached woi"k. Oui" youth team has increased and has been able to delivei. Funding fi.orn Urbaii Villages has allowed us to continue with the Young Mum's pi'ograinnie. 30 young Inunis al-e enrolled in the pi'ograinmed and ci'eche is pi-ovided for 31 childi-en. This is a successful pi'ogramme recognised by Govei'nment depaitments and held as a model of good pi"actice. Othei. groups continue to benefit fi'oin the pi-ojects delivei'ed by the oi'ganisation, Parents & Tots, Ti"inity Theati'e Ai"ts, Walkway Women's Gi"oup, etc. Walkway Community Association also delivei" Inaiiy seasonal pi'ogi'amnies and projects designed to meet the needs of the local coinmunity. A significant focus foi- this i-epoi'ting pei-iod was tlie cost-of-living issues faced by many people in our coiiimunity. Walkway Commuiiity Association were able to provide support with i'ising food and utility costs for individuals and fainilies. Continued suppoit fi-om localchurches has also allowed us to suppoi't faiiiilies dui'ing crisis pei-iods. A sti"ategic planning exei'cise was coinpleted by the Managenient Committee to ensui'e the seivice deliveiy is lailoi'ed to meet the needs of the cominunity. The sti'ategic plan foi. the pei-iod 2023-2026 has been piepai'ed and i'eflects tlje needs ofthe 01-ganisation, the coininuiiity and the voluntai'y sectoi. in East Belfast.
