As the charily's trustees yoii are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance
wilh th¢ Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008.

Basis of Independent Examiner's Report
I ljave examined yOLir ¢harity accounts as required undey Section 65 of the Cliai'ities Act and
my examination was cArried out in accoi'dance with tlie gcn¢ral DiiEctions given by the
Cliarity Cominission for Northern Ireland linder Section 65(9) (b) of the Charities Act.
My examination included a r¢vi¢w of the accoiinting records kept by the charity and a
coinpai'ison of the accounts pi'esent with thos¢ records. It also included consideration of any
Iinusual items of disclosures in the accoiints and seeking explaiiations froin you as charity
triistees concernin¥ any siich matlers.
My role is to state whether any inaterial matters have come to my attention giving me caus¢ to
believe.,
l. That a¢¢oiinting ￿e0rdS were not kepi in accordance willi Seclion 63 of the Charities
Act.
2. Thal the accounts do not accord wilh those accounting records.
3. That th¢ accounts do not comply with the accoiinting requirement5 of the Charities
Act.

be reached.
