with the Chai'ities Act (Northern Irelaiid) 2008.
It is my responsibility to:

Follow the pitscediiies laid down in th¢ general Dii'eclions giveii by the Charity
Commission for Northern Ireland linder Section 65(9){b) of the Charities Acl
State whether particiilar Inatters have coine to my attention.
Basis of liidepeiident Examiner's Report
I have examined your charity accoiinls as Tequired linder Section 65 of the Charities Act and
my exainination was carried oiit in accordance with the ￿￿ene1'al Directions given by the
Cliarity Commission for Northern Ireland under Section 65(9) (b) of the Charities Act.
My examination included a review of the accoiinling rccords kept by the charity and a
coinpai'ison of the accounts present wilh those records. It also included consideration of any
LillLISLial items of disclosiires in the accoiints and seeking explanations froin you as charity
triislees concerning any such inatters.
My role is to state whether any malcyial matters have come to my attention giving me cause to
believe:
l. That accounting records wert not kept in accordance with Section 63 of the Charities
Act.
2. That the accounts do not accord with those accounting records.
That the accoiints do not comply with the accoiinting requirements of the Chai-ities
Act.
4. That there is further infonnation needed for a proper undei'standing of the accounts to
be reached.

have completed my examination and have no conceims in respect ofthe matters 1-4 lisled
above and, in connection with the Directions of the Charity Cominission for Northern Ireland,
I have foiind no matters that require drawing to your attention.
