Tlie directors of Foyle Film Projects Limited for the purposes of company law are responsible for preparing
tlie Directors, AIiiiual Report and the financial stateinents in accordance with applicable law and United
Kingdom Accounting Standards (United Kingdom Gencrally Accepted Accounting Practice).
Company law requires the directors to prepare financial stateinents for each financial year, which give a true
and fair view of Ilie state of affairs of the charitable company and of the incoIning resources and application
of resources, includiiig the income and expenditure, of the charitable coinpany for that period. In preparing

stateinents coixply witli the Compai)ies Act 2006. They are also responsible for safeguarding the assets of the
charitable coinpany aiid hence for takiiig reasonable steps for the prevention and detection of fraud and other
irregularitics.
