Tlie directors of Foyle Film Projects Limited for the purposes of company law are responsible for preparing
tlie Directors, AIiiiual Report and the financial stateinents in accordance with applicable law and United
Kingdom Accounting Standards (United Kingdom Gencrally Accepted Accounting Practice).
Company law requires the directors to prepare financial stateinents for each financial year, which give a true

The principal accounting policies adopted in tlie preparation of the financial statements are set out below and
