Charitable Objectives : giving young people and community groups of all ages, an opportunity to express themselves through Hip Hop empowering healthy life style choices. Reducing harm in young people. Providing a space for young people to express themselves using the art forms of Hip

Hop. The advancement of the arts and culture by giving young people a space for practising hip hop and cultural arts. Promoting the physical/mental health and well-being of young people in Northern Ireland through break dance, emceeing, graffiti art and DJing, radio board casting, clothing design and media.

Charity Commissions Public Benefit Requirement : The trustees in setting the objectives and planning the activities for the year have given careful consideration to the Charity Commission for Northern Irelands guidance on public benefit to ensure that the activities have helped to achieve the charity’s purposes and provide benefit to the beneficiaries.

Financial Review: The financial report for the year was presented at the 2019 AGM and accepted and approved by the trustees (Vivien Davidson) has carried out a review of these accounts and has completed an Independent examiner’s report on the accounts. Income for the year was (170.00 ) and expenditure for the year amounted to ( 25.00 ) giving an overall net surplus of( £ 145.00 )for the year. At the year end funds at bank amounted to ( 145.96 )

The Trustees can confirm that the charity does not hold any funds that were materially in deficit at the end of the year.
