Array Studios
I report to Ihe trustees on rny examination of the accounts of Array S￿d10s for the year ended 31 March 2024 which are
set out onpages 9 to 14.
Responsibilities and basis of report
As the charity trustees of the Trust you are Tesponsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the
requirements of the ChaTlties Act (Northern Ireland) 2008 ('the Act,).
I report in respect of my examination of the Tnistee's accounts Ca￿led out under section 65 of the 2008 Act alld in
carryino out my examination I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under
section 65(9)(b) of Ibe 2008 Act.
Illdependent examiner's statement
I have completed my examination. I Conf￿ Lhat no material matters have come to my attention in connection with the
exarnination giving ine cause to believe that in any material respect:
(l) accounting records were not kept in Tespecl of the Trnsl as required by section 130 of the Act. or
(2) the accounts do not accord with those records.
I have no concerns and have corne across no other matters in connection witli the examination to which attenlion sbould
be drawi in this report in order to enable a proper understanding of tlie accounts to be reached.
