I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of Array Studios for the year ended 31 March 2022
whicli are set out on pages 9 to 14.
Responsibilities and basis of report
As the charity trustees of the Trustyou are responsible foi. the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the
requirements ofthe Charities Act (Noi'thern Irelai)dJ 2008 ('the Act.).
I report in respect ofmy examiiiation ofthe Trustee's accounts cari.ied out undersection 65 of the 2008 Act and in
carrying out my examination I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under
sectioii 65(9) (bj of the 2008 Act.

I have completed my examinalion. I confirm tliat no material matters liave come to my atteiition in connection
with the exainination giving me cause to believe that in any material respect:
(l) accountlng re¢oi'ds were not kept in respect of the Trust as required bysection 130 of the Acl,. or
(2) the accounts do not accoi'd with those recoi'ds.
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the exainiiiation to which attention
