Ob'ectives and Achievements To provide a meeting place for the beneficiaries in the area to come to, and avail of, the classes and events, in education, health, recreation, cultural awarene55 and heritage, folklore and much more. We aim to provide a safe health environment for the environs. We promote rural development and cultural awareness in the area of benefit. Achievemenès and Performance We have achieved our aims and objectives bythe interest in our programme of activities, events, recreational, and by the numbers in attendance. We were awarded by the Mayor of Armagh and District for our outstanding work within the community. Within the group, we also take part in cultural nights and events in the local area and further afield.

TRUSTEES ANNUAL REPORT YEAR ENDED 30 SEPTEMBER 2023 Financial Review It is the policy of the charity to maintain restricted reserves which matches the needs of the trust, both at the current time and the foreseeable future. This provides sufficient funds to cover running costs which include management, administration and support costs. Plans for Future Periods To continue building upon the work we have done. To provide a safe meeting place for the community. This will enable the environs to engage in community events in education, health and well-being, and recreational activities. We aim to promote rural development, culture and heritage in the area of benefit. We plan to enrich, engage, educate, the beneficiaries from all abilitie5 and ages to participate, encouraging social and personal development and interaction. Res onsibilities of the Trustees The trustees are responsible for preparing the Trustees Annual Report and the financial statements in accordance with applicable law and United Kingdom Accounting Standards Iunited Kingdom Generally Accepted Accounting Practicel. Company law requires the trustees to prepare financial statements for each financial year which give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the charity and of the incoming resources and application of resources, including the income and expenditure, of the charity for that period. In preparing these financial statements, the trustees are required to: select suitable accounting policies and then apply them con5iStently; observe the methods and principles in the Charities SORP; make judgements and estimates that are reasonable and prudent; state whether applicable UK Accounting Standards have been followed, subject to any material departures disclosed and explained in the financial statement5; prepare the financial statement5 on the going concern basis unless it is inappropriate to presume that the charitable company will continue in operation. The trustees are responsible for keeping proper accounting records that disclose with reasonable accuracy at any time the financial position of the charity. The trustees are also responsible for safeguarding the as5et5 of the charity and hence for taking reasonable steps for the prevention and detection of fraud and other irregularities.
