TRUSTEES ANNUAL REPORT YEAR ENDED 30 SEPTEMBER 2022 Financial Review It is the policy of the charlty to maintaln restricted reserves which matches the needs of the trust, both at the current tlme and the foreseeable future. Thi5 provldes sufficient funds to cover running costs which include management, admlnlstratlon and support costs. Plans for Future Periods To continue building upon the work we have done. To provide a Safe meetinE place for the community. Thls will enable the environs to engage in community events in education, health and well-beingi and recreational activitie5. We alm to promote rural development, culture and heritage in the area of benefit. We pla n to enrich, engage, educate, the beneficiarie5 from all abilities and ages to participate, encouraging social and personal development and interaction. Res onsibilities of the frustees The trustee5 are responsible for preparing the Trustees Annual Report and the financial statements in accordance with applicable law and United Kingdom Accounting Standards Iunited Kingdom Generally Accepted Accounting Pratticel, Company law require5 the trustees to prepare financia I statements for each financial year which give a true and falr view of the state of affairs of the charity and of the incoming resources and application of resources, including the income and expenditure, of the cha rity for that period.
