**Purposes:** The Tassagh Cultural Rural Neighbourhood Group is established to protect, preserve and enhance the quality of life of the residents (‘beneficiaries’) of Tassagh and its environs (the ‘area of benefit’) without distinction of gender, sexual orientation, marital status, class, disability, ethnic identity, political, religious or other opinion and in particular :- •	To provide a communal meeting place; •	To promote educational, training and employability opportunities; •	To promote the health and well-being of the beneficiaries; •	To provide recreational and leisure activities; •	To promote awareness of the cultural heritage (including history, heritage, language, literature, folklore and music) of the area; •	To promote social inclusion; •	To provide a safe, healthy environment for the beneficiaries; •	To promote Rural Development; •	To promote Cultural Development in the area of benefit.
