The charity's objects are specifically restricted to the following:  (1)	To promote all or any purposes for the benefit of the population of the North of Ireland (hereinafter called “the area of benefit”) which now are or may hereafter be deemed by law to be charitable and in particular to advance education, culture, community development and urban regeneration and relieve poverty through the provision of Irish Language Centres and the development of Irish-speaking areas in a local community location or community environment with the object of improving the conditions of life of the inhabitants of the area of benefit.
