I report on the accounts of the company for the year ended 28 February
2022, which are set out on page l.
Respective responsibilitles of charfty trustees and examlner
As the charity trustees (and also the directors of the company for the
purposes of company law) you are responsible for the preparation of the
accounts In accordance with the reqU1￿ments of the Companles Act 2006.
Having satisfied myself that the charity is not subject to audit under company
law, and is eligible for independent examlnation, It Is my responsibillty to:
examine the accounts under sertion 65 of the Charlties Act
follow the procedures lald down in the general Directions given by the
Charity Commission for Northern Ireland under sectlon 65(9)(b) of the
Charltles Act
state whether partlcular matters have come to my attentlon.
Basls of Independent examlner's report
I have examined your charlty accounts as required under section 65 of the
Charities Act and my examination was carried out in accordance wlth the
general Dlrections given by the Charity Commisslon for Northem Ireland
under sectlon 65(9)(b) of the Charities Art. The examinatlon IncSuded
revlew of the accountlng records kept by the charity and a comparlson of the
accounts presented wlth those records. It also included consideratlon of any
unusual items or dlsclosures In the accounts, and seeking explanations from
you as charfty trustees concernlng any such matters.
My role is to stste whether any materlal matters have come to my attentlon
glvSng me cause to belleve:
l. That accountlng records were not kept In accordance wlth sectlon 386 of
the Companles Act 2006
2. That the accounts do not accord wlth those accounting records
3. That the accounts do not comply with the accountlng requirements of
section 396 of the Companles Act 2006 and with the methods and principles
of the Charities Statement of Recommended Practice
applicable to charities preparing thelr accounts in accordance with the
Financlal Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republlc of Ireland
4. That there Is further infomlation needed for a proper understandlng of the
accounts to be reached.

I have completed my examinatlon and have no concerns in respect of the
matters (l) to (4) listed above and, in connection wlth following the
Directions of the Charity Commission for Northem Ireland, I have found no
matters that require drawing to your attention.
