FORESTSIDE CHURCH BELFAST 88 BELVOIR DRIVE BELFAST BT8 7FR ANNUAL TRUSTEES REPORT 2023 FORESTSIDE CHURCH BELFAST In 2023 we have continued to upkeep and upgrade the church building and surrounding grounds. Minibus: We have made repairs to upkeep the bus and ensure it is roadworthy Church Roof: we have made repairs to fix leaks-this is ongoing, Outer Side Door: we have replaced and secured side door after bre8k-in and damage Outdoorllndoor Signage.. Signage to grounds/Sunday School Rooms to the value of 1 K was donated to the church as an improvement to the building Media: Upgraded software- pro presenter/multi-tracks/cameras have been added to the media to enhance and enlarge our in- house and online presence Over the past year we have up kept the grounds have been carried out to maintain and enh8nce the building. National and International Speakers and Existing church ministries h8ve continued to serve all age groups this year and continued to meet the needs of our congregation and the wider community. The p8Storal te8m have continued to speak at Belvoir School Assembly and Overseas conventions. The church community has come along side those who have come from other countries, to help support and care for them and their families during the process of them settling and integrating into the life of the Church, and their new country. Forestside Church has been the venue to launch new home grown creative music ventures, 8nd supported Christian artist on all social media platforms. Church Ministries Include: F8mily Life Groups (all ages1/ PreschoollPrim8rylSecondarylYoung Adults/Singie/Married/Senior Citizen/Multicu Itural Groupsl Counselling: Counselling Marriage,Family-Relationship/Financial/etclPrayer/Visitation/Beraevement We have encouraged a wide range of ages and abilities to flourish in leadership roles within the life of the church. We continue to train in camera work and multi-media to include all ages and abilities to allowan increasing number of people to take up new roles within the Church. We have run a young adultslcross communityweekend in October to Shannon. We continue to expand our online presence and outreach on social media 8nd other plattorms.
