**Purposes:** The Company’s objectives are to promote the benefit of the inhabitant’s of Killaloo and Claudy region and the surrounding area of County Londonderry (hereinafter described as “the area of benefit”) without distinction of sex, sexual orientation, race or of political, religious or other opinions, by associating together the said inhabitants and the local authorities, voluntary and other organisations in a common effort to advance education, to promote and contribute to the social, economic and environmental regeneration of the area of benefit, to preserve the environment and heritage of the area of benefit and to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for the recreation and leisure time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants.
