**Purposes:** 2 OBJECTS.  2.1 The Club is established to provide,cause to be provided or assist in providing, in      Ballymena and its environs in Co Antrim,(hereafter called the "area of benifit")      facilities in the interests of social welfare for the education,recreation and leisure-        time occupation of Hard-Of-Hearing who have need of such facilities,and in       particular:      2.1.1 To foster mutual support on a self-help basis among Hard-OF -Hearing people:         2.1.2 To educate the Hearing Public about the needs and experience of Hard-Of-             Hearing people          ,

**What the charity does:** The relief of those in need by reason of youth, age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage
