Review of PING Achievements and Activities in 2025

Introduction

As we conclude the year 2025, our NGO reflects on a period of significant growth, impact, and learning. This report provides an overview of our key activities, achievements, and the challenges faced over the past twelve months.

Key Achievements

Programme Highlights

Throughout the year, our team worked tirelessly to deliver essential services in areas such as clean water plus sustainable activities to support the maintenance of the systems.

Our student Neneh Sowe has found new deserving projects and ensured all are completed successfully.

Financial Summary

Our financial health remains finely balanced, with prudent management of resources and transparent reporting. Income streams diversified, and expenditure was carefully monitored to maximise the impact of every pound spent.

Challenges and Lessons Learned

Although we got involved in a bakery in Mbullet Ba ,we have really learnt that our focus must stay with water systems as we get the best longterm value for our donors and our villages. Our representative Neneh Sowe has worked well but we recognise that we need another person with more gravitas to ensure villagers look after the water systems as we move into the future..We will split the country into north and south bank and utilise two people and save travel expenses.

Looking Ahead

For 2026, our focus is on water systems and , expanding our outreach, and enhancing the effectiveness of our programmes. We remain committed to our mission and grateful for the continued support of our volunteers, donors, and community partners. We have a definite confirmation of support for 7500 from a Rotary Club ,and 7500 from our new volunteer.

Conclusion

2025 has been a year of progress and resilience for PING. We have a list of 11 villages asking for water systems ,so we have a tough year ahead trying to find more donors.
