## **Structure, Governance and Management** 

The Trust is a charity in its own right working through the making of small grants to support individuals and organisations whose work is in accordance with its objectives. Two Trustees act as Chairman and Secretary respectively. 

Statutory compliance and administration has traditionally been under the control of the Secretary. However, all Trustees are aware of their responsibility to act collectively to ensure the proper administration of the charity, the safeguarding of its assets and resources, ensuring that they are used solely in the furtherance of the objectives of the charity and acting in the best interests of the charity avoiding conflicts between it and their personal interests. 

## **Achievements and Performance** 

The Trust dispensed grants over the financial period totalling over £37000.00 to sixteen individuals and organisations. The activities supported by the Trust aided individuals training for Christian ministry both at home and abroad; the relief of poverty in Tanzania and support of a local food bank for community benefit. The overall spectrum of activities achieved the objectives of the Trust.
