Basis of Independent Examiner's Report
I have examined yoiir charity accoiints as required under Sectton 65 of the Chai'ities Act and
my examination was carried oiil in accordance with th¢ general Directions given by tlie
Charity Conimission for Northern Ireland under Section 65(9){b) of Ilie Charities Act.
My examination included a review of the accounliiig records kept by the charity and a
comparison of the accounts presenl witli those recoi'ds. li also included considei'ation of any
uniisual iteins of disclosui'es in the accounts and seeking explanations fiDm you as charity
triistees conceminby any sucl) matters.
My role is to state whether any rnaterial ITJatters have come to my attention giving me cause to
believe:
l. That a¢coiinting records were not kept in accordance with Seclton 63 olthe Charities
Act.
2, That the accounts do not accord with ihose a¢counting records.
3. That the accounts do not comply with the accounling requirements of the Charities
Act.
4. That there is further infomiation needed for a pn)per undei'standing of the accounts to
be reached.
Independent Examiner's Statement
I have completed my exainination and have no Concerns in iEspect of the mattets 1-4 listed
above and, in connection with the DiiEctions of the Charity Commission for Northern Iyeland,
I have found no mateiial matters the reqiiire drawing to your attention.
