As the charity's trustees you are responsible for the preparation of the accounls in accordance
wilh the Charities Act (Noithem Ireland) 2008.
It is my responsibility to:
Examine the accounts Linder Section 65 of the Charities Act
Follow the pi'ocedur¢s laid down in Ihe general Directions given by the Charity
Commission foi. Noi'ihern Ireland linder Section 65(9)(b) of the Chai'ities Act
Stale whether particular matters have coine lo my attention.
Basis of Independent Exominer's Report
I have exainined yoiir charity accounts as r¢qiiired under Section 65 of the Chai'ities Act and
my examiiiation ivas can'ied oiit in accordaiice wilh ihe general Dii'eclions given by th¢
Chai'ity Commission for Noitthern Ireland linder Section 65{9)(b) of the Charities Act.
My examination included a ￿vieW of the accounting records kept by the charity aiid a
coin￿11.]Son of the accounts present with those Itcords. It also included considei'alion of any
Iinlisual items of disclosures in ihe accounts and seeking explanations from you as chai'ity
triistees concerning any such matters.
My role is to state whether any material matters have come to my attention giving me cause to
believe".
