We i'eport on the financial statements of Donemana Cultural Association Limited foi. the year ended 31
July 2023, which are set out on pages I to 14.
Respective responsibilities of charity trustees and examiner
As the charity's ti'ustees you al'e responsible foi. the preparation of the fiiiancial statements in accoi'dance
with the Charities Act (Northei'n Ii'eland) 2008.
It is our i'esponsibility to:
examine the financial statements undei. section 65 of the Chai'ities Act
follow the pi'ocedures laid down in the general Dii'ections given by the Cominission under section
65(9)(b) of the Chai'ities Act
state whether particular matters have come to oui. attention.
Basis of independent examiner's report
We have examined youi. chai'ity financial statements as i'equired undei. section 65 of the Ch￿'itIeS Act and
our examination was can'ied out in accordance with the general Directions given by the Chai'ity
Commission for Northei'n li'eland under section 65(9){b) of the Charities Act.
Our examination included a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the
financial statements preseiited with those records. It also included consideration of any unusual items oi.
disclosui'es in the financial statements, and seeking explanations fi'om you as chai'ity trustees concerning
any such matters.
Our role is to state whether any material matters have come to our attention giving us cause to believe:
l. That accounting records were Iiot kept in accordance with section 63 of the Chai'ities Act
2. That the financial statements do not accoi'd with those accounting recoids
3. Tliat the financial statements do not comply with the accounting requirements of the Charities Act
4. That there is fui'thei. information needed for a proper understanding of the financial stateinents to be
reached.
Independent examiner's statement
We have completed our examination and have no concerns in i'espect of the mattel's ( l ) to (4) listed above
and, in connection with following the Directions of the Charity Commission foi. Northei'n li'eland, we
have found no matters that require drawing to your attention.
