set out on pages 1 to 7.

As the charty's trustees you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance wlth
the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008.
It is my responsibility to:
1. Examine the accounts under secb'on 65 of the Charities Act
2. Follow the procedures laid d¢￿in in the general Directions gNen by the Commission under
section 65(9)(b) of the Charities Act
3. State whether parttcular matters have come to my att￿tiOn.

I have examlned your charity accounts as required under sectton 65 of the Charities Act and my
examlnation was carried out in accordance with the general Directions given by the Charity
Commlssfon ft)r Northern Ireland under section 65(9)(b} of the Charities ACL
My examination included a review of the accounting re￿S kept by the charity and a comparison of
the accounts presented with those records. It also included consideratlon of any unusual items or
dlsclosures in the accounts, and seeking explanations from you as charity trustees concerning any
such matters.
My role is to state whether any material matters have come to ry attention giving me cause to
believe.,
1. That accounting records were not kept In accordance with section 63 of the Charities Act
2. That the accounts do not accord wlth those accountlng records
3. That the accounts do not comply with the accountlng requirements of the Charffjes Act
4. That there is further Inforn*tion needed for a proper understandlng of the accounts to be reached.
