Darren went through the club accounts with those in attendance and advised we need to “top up” our reserve account and ideally a figure of £30k should be the target for this account.

Expenditure on Coach education was discussed and there are various opinions around how this funded, a decision will need to be made by incoming committee to agree on the financial support that can be provided, and by which means (potential funding).Darren addressed the poor attendance and it was agreed coaches need to be more proactive in attending club meetings and it was agreed this was also to be discussed by the incoming committee.

There was a discussion around club members who are finding ti difficult to pay their fees by TFP. It was agreed the club would put a Hardship Fund in place to ease the burden on those in genuine financial difficulty.
