Organisa￿onal strUC￿le The Select Vesty is responsible for the day to day manageff¢nt of the parrsh and consists of.. the member of the dergy sepiing in the parish. the churchwardens and generalty not more than twelve members of the general vestry who are eleftsl at the general vesty. The sele(* vesty is chaired by the 1n￿JMbenI or otrÈr member of the C￿ officiating in the parish. Setht vesty members are responsible for making decisions on mattets of general concem and Importan￿ to ￿ parish including how parish funds a￿ appl￿1. The select vestry meets at times fixed by the members or by the Dtocesan synod. Special meetings may be convened at any ts'me by the chairperson or the churchwardens. In 2022 the select vesty met 12 times with an average attendance of 75%. The law applicable to chartlies in Nothem Ireland vith an income ￿s$ than £250,000 requires trustees to prepare a ststement of rec£ipts and payments and a sL7tement of assets and liabilitEs for each financial year. The trustees are responsible for keeping accounting records that are suffwnt to show and explain the Parish's transactions arKI disdose with reasonable accuracy at any time, the assets and liabilities of the Parish.
