Financlal Revlew
The overall 8iving in the General Account during 2022 increased as a result of additional donations,
bequests, and a small grant relating to Covid. However, It Is recognised that the results of the Covid-

ensure that day to day costs could be met, continued durin8 2022.
Expenditure increased sllghtly during 2022 due to inflationary increases across general running costs.
Volunteers from the Parish help to look after the Church and Rectory grounds, grass cutting and
cleaning of the church and hall thus assisting in reducing costs.
The Restoration Account continues to hold a healthy balance but saw a decline in income levels as ad
hoc donations fell but it was noted general givlng levels remalned consistent. The lighting in the church
and church hall were replaced throughout with LED bulbs and fittings. Faulty radiators in church and
church hall were replaced.
The Mlsslon Account Is used for supportln8 the work of church missions overseas and at home and
related charities. There was no significant change in the balance on this account.

meetings. The trustees oversee the Parish finances and the allocation of all monies.
Golng Concern
The Trustees have discussed the flnancial viabillty of St Saviourfs for the year ahead and continue to
take appropriate action to reduce costs. The impact of Covid-19 has continued into 2022 which still
has an effect on numbers of congregation attending church.

there are adequate funds in place to enable the Parish to continue its activities, and the financial
