**Purposes:** 1.1.	The groups Objects are:  1.1.1.	To promote the benefit of the inhabitants without distinction of age, sex, race, political, religious or other opinion.  1.1.2.	To relieve poverty, and to advance citizenship and community development through capacity building and volunteering.  1.1.3.	To promote education and training facilities throughout the area and to promote employment opportunities within the area of benefit  1.1.4.	To provide facilities in the interests of social welfare, for recreation or other leisure-time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants;  1.1.5.	To work collaboratively to maintain and to manage a Community Centre (hereinafter called 'the Centre') and to cooperate with any local statutory authority in the maintenance and management of such a Centre for activities promoted by the Creggan Neighbourhood Partnership and its constituent bodies in furtherance of the above objects.
