Independent examiner's report to the charity trustees of Tullyally
Community Partnership
I report on the accounts of the charity for the year ended 31 March 2025,
which are set out on pages I to 4.
Respective responsibilities of charity trustees and examiner
As the charity trustees you are responsible for the preparation of the
accounts in accordance with the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008.
It is my responsibility to:
examine the accounts under section 65 of the Charities Act
follow the procedures laid down in the general Directions given by the
Charity Commission for Northern Ireland under section 65(9)(b) of the
Charities Act
state whether particular matters have come to my attention.
Basis of independent examiner's report
I have examined your charity accounts as required under section 65 of the
Charities Act and my examination was carried out in accordance with the
general Directions given by the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland
under section 65(9)(b) of the Charities Act.
The examination included a review of the accounting records kept by the
charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It
also included consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the
accounts, and seeking explanations from you as charity trustees concerning
any such matters.
My role is to state whether any material matters have come to my attention
giving me cause to believe:
l. That accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 63 of
the Charities Act
2. That the accounts do not accord with those accounting records
3. That the accounts do not comply with the accounting requirements of the
Charities Act
4. That there is further information needed for a proper understanding of the
accounts to be reached.

Independent examiner's statement
I have completed my examination and have no concerns in respect of the
matters (l) to (4) listed above and, in connection with following the
Directions of the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland, I have found no
matters that require drawing to your attention.

Trustees Annual Report for the year ended 31 March 2025
The Trustees of Tullyally Community Partnership are pleased to present their report for the year
ended 31 March 2025.
Purposes of the Charity
Tullyally Community Partnership is established to enhance and develop the quality of lives of all
residents in Tullyally irrespective of their different religious beliefs, political opinion, racial group or
gender, and to provide a powerful voice on their behalf.
Main Artivities to further the Charity"s purposes for the public benefit
Support educational attainment by promoting early intervention. Create and support the creation of
employment opportunities. Support the development of health initiatives to improve life chances.
Promote active citizenship through promoting volunteerism through programming. Supporting the
development of physical infrastructure through active citizenship.
Main Achievements in the year
During the year we continued to deliver a range of programmes which included Jo Jingles, Coochie
Coo, Baby Reflexology and Mini Melo Beats. We also offered physical activities, adult education and
health and wellbeing. The YMCA also continued to deliver our youth programmes including a
summer programme for children and young people aged 5 - 18 years. Through funding we
Throughout the year we continued our Good Relations work and Community Support Programmes
which included programmes in partnership with Currynierin Community Association. These
programmes focused on building relationships and tackling Community Safety issues. The Dare to
Dream Project continued which allowed us to support small community projects that were identified
by residents and is still ongoing until 2026. We have a part time worker based at the centre from St
Columb's Park House, He is our 'Peace Impact Programme, project worker and has funded many
projects like Summer Scheme, Young Women's Group trip and community safety initiatives.
TCP continued to provide support for groups in the area including Tullyally Colts FC, Tullyally
Women's Group, Tullyally Men's Group and Glendermott Valley Flute Band.
Public Benefit Statement
The Trustees of Tullyally Community Partnership confirm that they have complied with their duty
under section 17 {5) of the Charities Act 2011 to have regard to the Charity Commission's guidance
on public benefit and that the public benefit requirement has informed the activities of the Society
in the year to 31 March 2025.
Review of Flnancial position as at 31 March 2025
The Charity had an excesss of payments over receipts for the year to 31 March 2025 of £16,258
(2024: £16,601).
As at 31 March 2025 the Charity had no fund5 in material deficit
The Charity was formed on 23 March 2016, and is governed by its Constitution dated at that time.

No funds are held by the charity as a custodian trustee
Trustee Selection and Management
The Charity is managed by an Executive Committee which consists of all the appointed trustees, and
the selection of any new Trustees is dealt with by that Committee.
The following served as Trustees of the Charity throughout the year to 31 March 2025, and were
also Trustees as at the date of approval of this Report
