Independent examiner's report to the charlty trustees of Tullyally
Community Partnership
I report on the accounts of the charity for the year ended 31 March 2024,
which are set out on pages I to 4.
Respertlve responsibllitles of charlty trustees and examlner
As the charity trustees you are responsible for the preparation of the
accounts in accordance with the Charities Act (Northern Ireland ) 2008.
It is my responsibility to:
examine the accounts under section 65 of the Charities Act
follow the procedures laid down in the general Directions given by the
Charity Commission for Northern Ireland under section 65(9)(b) of the
Charities Act
state whether particular matters have come to my attention.
Basis of independent examlner's report
I have examined your charity accounts as required under section 65 of t'he
Charities Act and my examination was carried out in accordance with the
general Directions given by the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland
under section 65(9)(b) of the Charities Act.
The examination included a review of the accounting records kept by the
charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It
also included consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the
accounts, and seeking explanations from you as charity trustees concerning
any such matters.
My role is to state whether any material matters have come to my attention
giving me cause to believe:
l. That accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 63 of
the Charities Act
2. That the accounts do not accord with those accounting records
3. That the accounts do not comply with the accounting requirements of the
Charities Act
4. That there is further information needed for a proper understanding of the
accounts to be reached.

Independent examiner's statement
I have completed my examination and have no concerns in respect of the
matters (l) to (4) listed above and, in connection with following the
Directions of the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland, I have found no
matters that require drawing to your attention.

Trustees Annual Report for the year ended 31 March 2024
The Trustees of Tullyalty Community Partnership are pleased to present their report for the year
ended 31 March 2024.
Purposes of the Charity
Tullyally Community Partnership is established to enhance and develop the quality of INes of all
resident5 in Tullyally irrespective of their different religious beliefs, political opinion, racial group or
gender, and to provide a powerful voice on their behalf.
Main Activities to further the Charlty's purposes for the public benefit
Support educational attainment by promoting early intervention. Create and sUPPOrt the creation of
employment opportunities. Support the development of health initiatives to improve life chances,
Promote active citizenship through promoting volunteertsrn through programming. Supporting the
development of physical infrastructure through active citizenship.
Maln Achlevements In the year
During the year we continued to deliver a range of programmes which included Jo Jingles, Surestart
programmes, physical activities, adult education and health and wellbeing. The YMCA also
continued to deliver our youth programmes including a summer programme for children and young
people aged 5- 18 years. We were delighted to receive and grant from the National Lottery Awards
for All which allowed us to expand our services to include a Luncheon Club for Older People, Arts
and Crafts Programmes, a Summer Festival and Pa￿ntS and Toddler Group.
Throughout the year we continued our Good Relations work and Community Support Programmes
which included programmes in partnership with Currynierin Community Assocation. These
programmes focused on building relationships and tackling Community Safety issues. The Dare to
Dream Project continued which allowed us to support small community projects that were identified
by local residents.
TCP continued to provide support for groups in the area including Tullyally Colts FC, Tullyally
Women's Groups, Tullyally Men's Shed and Glendermott Valley Flute Band.
Publlc Benefft Statement
The Trustees of Tullyally Community Partnership confirm that they have complied with their duty
under section 17 (51 of the Charities Act 2011 to have re8ard to the Charity Commi55ion's guidance
on public benefit and that the public benefrt requirement has informed the activities of the Society
in the year to 31 March2024.
Revlew of Flnancial posltlon as at 31 March 2024
The Charity had a surplus of receipts over payments for the year to 31 March 2024 of £16,601 (2023..
£8,760).
As at 31 March 2024 the Charity had no funds in material deficit

The Charity was formed on 23 March 2016, and is governed by its Constitution dated at that time.
No funds are held by the charity as a custodian trustee
Trustee Selertlon and Man4ement
The Charity is managed by an Executive Committee which consists of all the appointed trustees, and
the selection of any new Trustees is dealt with by that Committee.
The following served as Trustees of the Charity throughout the year to 31 March 2024, and were
also Trustees as at the date of approval of this Report
