The Group meets on the second Monday of the month in the hall
belonging to St Ignatius Parish Church.
Our membership number is 40 but on a monthly basis would average
around 30 attending. We have a few names on the waiting list.
We continue to be reglstered with the Northern Ireland Charity
Commission and have lodged the required documentation on the
relevant section of the website. The Group confirms that it has had due
regard to the guidance on public benefit produced by the Commission,
that there is no harrn to the older people who are our beneficiaries and
that we accrue no private benefit.

Sad￿, we have lost some of our members. Some have passed away and
some are not able to travel to the Group. As a Group, we feel that our
Members benefit from our various activlties. both mentally and physically.
Friendships are formed and we look foward to Meeting5, Outing and
seeing our friends.
Much help and assistance has been received from Gina Biggerstaff and
Linda Mccracken at Li5bum ond Ca511ereagh Council, for which we are
very grateful.
We appreciate all the help that the volunteers from Carryduff Hub give us
by letting us have a room for our Committee Meetings.
Our Group appreciates the fact that Rev Lowry and St Ignatius Church
grant us the use of the Church hall and also the use of the Church
Warden who sets out tables and chalrs for us. Sandra Thomas, Co
Treasurer of the Vestry, has helped us With the Church diary and gave us
guidance on carying out a fire drill and sun/ey recently.
Signed on behalf of the Management Committee
