Sadly, we have lost some of our members . Some have passed away and some are not able to travel to the
group. However. our waiting list is in a healthy state and we have been delighted to welcome new
members.
As a group we feel that our members benefit from our various activities, both mentally and physically.
Friendships are formed and we look forward to our meetings, outings and seeing our friends.
Much help and assistance has been received from Gina Biggerstaff, Linda Mccracken and Gareth
Mccausland, Lisburn and Castlereagh Council. for which we are very grateful.
We appreciate all the help that David and Aaron from Carryduff Hub give us by letting us have a room for
our committee meetings.
Last but not least, our group appreciates the fatt that Rev Lowry and St Ignatius Church grant us the use of
the hall and our friend, Cedric Adams sets Out tables and chairs for us. Sandra Thomas, Hon Secretary of
the Vestry. has helped us with the Church Diary and gave us guidance on carrying out a Fire Drill and
Survey recently..
