In September 2024. we started our new financial year with a w8ek of prayer & fasting, ¢ulmlnating ¥th our House of Prayerconference, in which we trained nearty90 p80plè in prayer. This is the second yearwE have run thisconference, and il was a joy to be able lo do it again. In Septernber 2024 ond June 2025. we held two Bapl'sm SerVceS for thos8 in our church wmmunity that wanted io publicly declarè that they wanted to follow Jesus. Both of these servi¢es were joy-filled and many from our MMunity and family marnbe came along lo celebrate. Throughout the year we have baptised nearly 30 people, many in the teenagelyouryj adult age bracket. Following the success ol our previous Sutnrner Kid5 Club5, we held a Light Paty in October 2024 for kids from our church antj surrounding cornmunily. In which w8 had n88rfy 70 ¢hifdren In altendan¢e. We also held a Summer Kids Club in July 2025. Thi5 was well att8nded throughout the 3 days, with several children from the community coming along. To finish the w88k off, w8 hekl a Famlly Fun Day. which gather8d several farnil'es from the local area, and we have run these family fun events $eveTal limes throughout the y8ar. which have been well attendtsd by members of Ihe local CtsTnrnunity. After Connecting with some friends at Friends Internatial, w8 launched an International Students Lunch in March 2023. After the success of these monthty events, we have CDntinued to run these free mornth lunches. for those wh) have come to Belfast to study. from other countries. We regularly had between 40-60 peop18 att8nding these, to meet people their own age from other nation5 and connect with some of our leaders in BCV. It has been a joy as friendships are fomied in these spaces. We have &1s0 started to gather. once a month on a Sunday evening, lo worship & pray. These gatherings are a gieal opportunity to pray Into the church, the area and beyond. These &v8ning% ar8 akvays well attended. people who have a deslre to see God's Kingdom grow. On 29 November2024, we held our annu81 Christmas Market in our Sports Hall, inviting traders from across the country to come and sel up a stall to sell their goods. A local school ¢hoii, a k)cal cornmunity Choir and an Irish speaking choir also came on thè 8vening to provide us with some of ourfavouTite Christmas Carols. This was a don&tion based evenl, in whlch we were abje to bless the local schoot with £1400.

Attendance in our groups has grown throughout th8 year and we added several new groups over Ihe course of the year. As we have been in Ihe builijing forjust two years now. tnore ministry ar8as are beginnlng to open up and increasing numbers of people have started to volunteer to help facilitate much ol what we do. ThSs year. we have had the privt18ge of p8rforming marriage ceremonie$ in our building, to rnernbers of our Ghur¢h. Thi5 has been a joy. as we have spent many years tx)rrowing buildings lor wedding ceremonies lo lake place. Having our own building allows us to be able to facilitate and celebrate the marriages in our ¢hur¢h ¢ommJnity and even let other churches, who do not have their own building. use our building for wedding ceremonies. The Staff have continued lo undertake training in education and theology. While the widar community ol leaders have attended regulai tiaining 8vents held throughout the year. including the Natlonal Leaders, Conference in April 2025, our Irish Leaders, Conference in October 2024 and Area Regional Day5. Regularministry courses contlllU8d to run including The Following Jesus Course. Gospel ol Wholeness, and The Taking Jesus Course. We have continued lo allow Vineyard Churches UK & Ireland, use our building for the Vineyard Leadership College, which meet weekty to equip and train leaders within our movernent. A number of lifestyle classes and seminars have been offer8d this year to the general congregatK)n, in¢luding marriage preparation courses, the Marriage Course. the CAP money course and special training for those working in our cornpassion ministries, children's ministryés and prayer ministry teams. Every week food parcels r8gularly go out to meet the nèeds of the poor in our local communty, taking the immediate burden off statutory agencies, ¢haritie5 and comrnunity groups, allowing them lim8 to put in place a bng-term solution. Belfast City Vineyard also partneT3 with Vineyard Churches UK & Ireland giving il financ1 support. VCUK & l ¢onne¢ls churches with common valuos and practices provlding spiritual guidance and oversight to the VSneyard Church leaders 88 wel as facilitating new church planltng. Plans for the Future This is by no rn8an5 the surn ol all th2t we do bul mer81y a snapshot of the life of our church. We aim to puffjue Jesus by pressing into intima¢y with him, build our faith with our wmmunity around u5 and answer the call on our lives, that Jesu5 has placed by Seng Ihgse who need us the most. We plan to take these aims into next year and Ihe de¢ades beyond as our church rnembers, commitment increases.
