TREASURER'S REPORT
Paullne gave a detailed report of our incorne and expenditure for the year, (wilh
coples of Incorne and Expenditure Account) provided.

SECREfARY'S REPORT
The Secretary then read the following report of the Clubs activities for th8 past year.
The Mid Antrim Indoor league commenced in October 2023 and we have fulfilled all
our league comrnilments. Desplte some heavy defeats during the league we wlll still
probably stay In Division 1 next year.
During the year we applied to Antrim and Newlownabbey Borough Council for
funding and we were successful with two applicatlons.
We received ed £500.00 towards Insurance and hall rental and a further £5CK).00
towards a Senior Citizens Chrfstmas paty which was held in the Ramble Inn.
We also applled for and were successful in getling a grant of £1000.00 for a Warm
Well Connected, this grant allowed us to provide 16 weeks of indoor bowling during
the day and also allowed us to provide hot food, (soup and wheaten bread) to an
average of 15 people each day. Many thanks to the council for these grants.

Going forward we shall not receive the insurance and hall rental grant for the
incoming year as the council has changed their criteria for thls granL
I would like to thank the office bearers and committee members for thelr support
during the past year.
Whilst I did enjoy the bowllng durlng Ihe season, not some of the results, l thlnk that
at the next Mid Antrlm AGM, we should asked that the home teams should supply
tea and blscults as previously.

CHAIRPERSON'S REPORT
Sean thanked everyone for their support and commitment durlng the year.
Joe Carey was specially thanked for produdng the Brendan Mccusker trophy and
dlsplay cabinet.
The ladies were thanked lor provldlng the nightly refreshments during the horne
matches of the18ague and cup.

ELECTION OF OFFICERS
The off icer bearers Indlcated that they were willing to cary on and were elected en
bloc.
The cornmlttee members were elected en bloc.
