## Trustee's Report 

## **PUBLIC BENEFIT:** 

The organisation has consistently operated within its Public Benefit statement throughout 202. It has promoted the celebration and public worship of the Christian religion and sought to promote moral improvement on Christian lines for a section of the community. Bible studies and Sunday services continue to operate and encourage and inform those who attend. All organisations continue to be run in accordance with Biblical principles and FMC guidelines. The Trustees have regarded the Commission’s Public Benefit requirement statutory guidance. 

## **CONSTITUTION & GOVERNING** 

## **DOCUMENT:** 

This is as set out in the 2019 edition of the Book of Discipline of the Free Methodist Church. 

## **PURPOSE OF THE CHARITY:** 

The charity fulfils its purpose for the furtherance in Bangor of the religious and charitable work of the FMC. This is done in accord with the doctrines and usages of the 

Church as set forth in its Book of Discipline. 

## **ANNUALL OVERVIEW** 

• **January** - £1,000 donation to Barnabas fund. 

- **March** - £1,290 donation to Ukraine Appeal. 

- **April** - Special service to honour Pastor Herron on her retirement. Solar Panels for energy renewal were installed. 

   - New LED lighting installed. 

• **May** - new sermon series for Easter entitled “The Journey from Easter to Pentecost”. 

   - AGM with new Board members appointed. 

- **June** - Encounters with the King conference with Dave and Carol Hill. Two baby dedications. 

- **July** – New Schools & Community Outreach Worker appointed with growing children’s ministry.  New storage shed purchased. 

- **August** – Bangor Worldwide convention. 

- **September** – Family Fun Day!  First 

   - of our new monthly Family Service. 

• **October** – Harvest Service.  Pumpkin Party as an alternative to Halloween. 

- **November** – Opportunity to deliver assemblies in Kilmaine and Towerview Primary Schools. 

- **December** – Christmas and New Year services with the Bethlehem Experience and Live Nativity.
