**Purposes:** The purposes of the organisation is to advance community development for the benefit of all residents in the Culmore and O'Kane Park area without distinction of sex, sexual orientation, race or of political, religious or other opinions by associating together the said residents and the local authorities, voluntary and other organisations in a common effort to advance education, improve housing facilities and the environment, enhance educational and recreational facilities and provide a youth club for the children of the area with the objective of improving the conditions of life for the residents.
