**Purposes:** The company shall have the object of operating safe, affordable and accessible transport services on a not-for-profit basis for the benefit of the community without distinction of age, sex, religion or other opinion:  I.	to assist the work of organisation and bodies engaged in the relief of poverty, sickness and the disabilities of age, the provision of facilities for recreation or other leisure time occupation within the meaning of Section 1 of the Recreational Charities Act 1958 and any other charitable purpose in the Down/Armagh region (the ‘area of benefit’); and II.	when necessary, to relieve poverty, sickness and the disabilities of age.
