It is my responsibility to: examine the accounts under sectlon 65 of the Charities Act follow the procedures laid down in Ihe generdl Directions given by the Commission under section 65(9)(b) of the Charity Act state whether particular matters have o)me to my attentK)n. Basls of Independent examlner s report I have examined your charity as required under section 65 of the Charity Act and my examinatlon was carried out in accordance with the general Directions given by the Chaiity Commission for Northem Ireland under section 65(9)(b) of the Charity Act. My examination included a review of the accounling records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those ￿cOrdS. It also induded consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts, and seeking explanatK)ns from you as charity trustees ￿nCernIng any such matters. My role is to state whether any material matters have ￿me to my attention giving me cause to believe: 1 . That a¢￿UntIng records were not kept in aC￿rdance with section 63 of the Charitles Act 2. That the accounts do not accord with those accountiNJ re(xJrds 3. That the accounts do not comply with Ihe accounting requi￿rnents of the Charities Act 4. That there is further infonnation needed for proper urKler3tanding of the ac(x)unts to be reached.
