## Activities

**Purposes:** To advance the mental, physical, social and spiritual welfare of young people between the ages of 3 and 25 by promoting the use of a programme of activities catered to specific age groups and abilities and in particular (but without prejudice to the generality of this object):   i)	to assist young people to participate in the organisation;  ii)	to establish a group of users to co-ordinate the delivery of the organisation at      a local level within the general community;  iii)	to promote the organisation locally, by recruiting adults, helping to establish the long term objective and use the media;  iv)	to pool resources of leadership, equipment and facilities;  v)	to help participants who have started in the organisation to make best use of the assets 		that are available to them;  vi)	to train new Leaders and Volunteers;  vii) 	to maintain contact with participants throughout their journey while members;  viii)	to monitor standards to ensure a degree of uniformity;  ix)	to share good practice to improve standards;  x)	to work with young people in a safe environment fostering trust and mutual respective within all realms of the organisations work;  xi)	to provide opportunities to all young people from all social backgrounds within the local and greater community area;
