**Purposes:** Murlough Community Association is established to address individual and social needs, enhance the lives of those who are disadvantaged in any way and promote the benefit of the inhabitants of the Burrendale Estate within the Murlough Ward (hereinafter described as the area of “benefit”) without distinction of age, sex, race, disability, political, religious or other opinion, by associating with statutory authorities, voluntary organisations and inhabitants in a common effort to advance education, and to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation or other leisure occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitiants.
