Independent Examlner's Report to Finnard Rural Development Associatlon I report on the accounts of the charity for the period ended 31st March 2023 which are set out on pages 8-9. Respertive responsibilities of Trustees and Examlner As the charIt￿S trustees you are responsible for the preparatlon of the accounts In accordance with the Charitles Act (Northern Ireland) 2008. It is my responsibility to: • examine the accounts under sertion 65 of the CharStles Act: • follow the procedures lald down in the general Directions given bythe Charity Commls5ion for Northern Ireland under sectlon 65(9)(b) of the Charities Art; and • state whether particular matters have come to my attention. Basls of Independent Examlner's report I have examined your charlty accounts as requlred under section 65 of the Charities Act and my examination was carrled out in accordance with the general Directions glven by the Charlty Commission for Northern Ireland under section 65(9)Ib) of the Charities Act.
