AGM took place on Thursday 8[th] September 2022 in Ardboe Parish Centre 

In attendance: 

- Niall McAleer - Catherine Gallagher - Karla Bradley - Emma Coney - Rachelle Coyle

All Directors remained in their positions 

Accountant Frankie Quinn will continue for all incoming year with permission to act on behalf of the group with HMRC 

A quorum of four was agreed for meetings 

## **Projects:** 

1. Halloween Disco – Thursday 27[th] October 

2. Christmas Event – Sunday 4[th] December 

Christmas tree to be ordered Sean McElory to be asked to do Santa Selection Boxes ordered DJ & Stage Letters to ACU/parish centre/Football Club/Creagh Hall/Lounge booked Craft fair Characters Entertainment – Balloon Modelers/face paintings etc 

This concluded the business for the AGM
