**Purposes:** The Group is established to relieve poverty, advance education, relieve sickness/disability, promote the preservation of health among community and to promote the benefit of the inhabitants of the Langley Road area and its environs of the estate (hereinafter called the "area of benefit") without distinction of age, gender, sexuality, nationality, ethnic origin, political or religious opinion, by associating the statutory authorities, voluntary organisations and the inhabitants in a common effort to advance education and to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation or leisure-time occupation, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants.
