It is my responsibility to: Examine the accounts under Section 65 of the CIwAties Act. Follow the procedures laid down in the generdl Directions given by the Commission under Section 65(9)(b) of the Charitics A¢t. State whether particular n￿tterS have come to my atlention. Basis of independent examiner's r¢port. have examined your ch￿lty accowits as r¢quiT¢d wider S¢¢tion 65 of the Charities Act and my emmination was carried out in acconlance with the general Directions given by the Charity Commission for Northern Irel8nd ullder S￿lI0n 65 (9)Ib) of the Clwities Act. My examination included a review of the accountin8 records kept by the chwity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also included consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the a¢counts, and seeking explanations from you as charity Truslees ¢on¢erning such matters. My role is to state whether any matters have come to my atteJtion giving me cause to believe: l. That accounting records were not kept in 8c¢ordance with Section 63 of the Charities Act. 2.
