**Purposes:** The Charity's objects ("Objects") are specifically restricted to the following:-  To promote the benefit of the people of the North West of Northern Ireland (hereinafter described as 'the area of benefit'), without distinction of age, sex, sexual orientation, race, political, religious or other opinion, and in particular to: (i) advance community development and support and develop the work of mainly rural community based groups in any charitable activity that seeks to relieve poverty, advance education and health; (ii) relieve those in need by reason of youth, age, ill health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage; (iii) promote such other charitable purposes as may from time to time be determined with the purpose of improving the quality of life of the inhabitants of the North West of Northern Ireland.
