**Purposes:** Company’s Objects. The Company’s objects are specifically restricted to the following: to promote play based learning environments to enhance the development and education of pre-school and school-age children regardless of religion, culture, race or means (hereinafter called the “beneficiaries”) primarily in the Belmont area of East Belfast but not exclusively (hereinafter called the ” area of benefit”) by: a)	Providing the necessary facilities for safe and satisfying group play for pre-school children and for the daily care, recreation and education of children during out of school hours and holidays; b)	Offering appropriate play facilities, with the right of parents/carers to take responsibility for and to become involved in the activities of the Company , ensuring that the Company offers opportunities for all children; c)	Supporting the values and principles of Early Years; d)	To advance any other exclusively charitable purpose as the directors may, from time to time, decide in accordance with the law of charity.
