Dunloy Wraparound Club & Playgroup Aims:
We at Dunloy Wraparound Club & Playgroup aim to provide a safe, nurturing, and welcoming environment for children and young people within the local community. We will provide a stimulating environment which will help to promote the holistic wellbeing of the children and support them to their full potential.
We will provide a needed service within the local community to help support families by providing a much-needed service.
Ethos
At Dunloy Wraparound Club & Playgroup we provide a stimulating environment in our purpose-built unit which gives children opportunities to enjoy learning. At Dunloy Wraparound Club & Playgroup we promote creativity and give children the opportunities to be imaginative and critical thinkers.

We promote high standards of behaviour and help children to understand and acknowledge each other’s feelings.
At Dunloy Wraparound Club & Playgroup children will learn to care for and respect themselves and others and to be sensitive to the needs and feelings of others.
We aim to involve parents and carers in their child’s learning as we believe that the child’s learning journey and their personal achievements is something we strive to be a part of.
Summary of term
The group is run by parents and other invested local members of the community. Our committee is made up of Noel McCann (retired Principal) elected Chairperson, Maire Buckley (retired Principal) elected Vice-Chairperson along with treasurer Dana Dixon who works with finances and a parent representative, Secretary Michelle O’Mullan, primary
school teacher and parent representative, Bobby Carlin is also a member of the committee. All of whom bring a wealth of energy and experience into the group.
The committee meet on a monthly basis along with Lauren (Leader) to discuss daily operations, finances and fundraising and any future plans.
